The itinerary covered almost everything we could have visited on these islands. The food choices were also sufficient as per our preferences and luckily, they could arrange veg options too! with the agency: 1. I was travelling with a 3 yr old kid. I asked them to provide me a hotel which will provide room service. At the last moment they suggested me, this is the best hotel as per your needs. I said ok. When we reach at the hotel, the hotel told us we don’t have any room service of food in hotel. Only we provide breakfast. I tried to call the agency they didn’t bother to call me back or address my concern. 2. I have made my itinerary as such that pick up time for us was 11:00am but when we reached in Singapore. They told us the pick up time is 9:30am. Every time I have to beg them to change the pickup time. I tried to call the agency they didn’t bother to call me back. 3. To top it, I had to follow with them, in a day advance, what will I cover here. When is the pick up time, etc. There is no one informed in their operation team or in their team, who knows what things will be covered. How to go about the venue. No guidance will be provided from their end. It’s better you book by Klook and travel by yourself. Klook is much cheaper in service and is more time convenient. 4. Please do ask in advance what will be covered in city tour. They will fool you there. They told us city tour, and after 3 hrs they told us our time for city tour is over. We have consumed lots of time in Petronas, so now they won’t take us anywhere else. We told them we need to have lunch break, they told us it’s not covered in city tour. Their response was so hilarious. We had booked pvt cab for our convenience but this is how their service quality was. Pathetic experience, pathetic quality of service, no coordination among their team. Travel agent will make false promises, and cheat you at the time of your requirement. After the trip I felt so cheated by the agency. I tried to talk to travel triangle for help, they did some help but not enough. At the end they sided with the agency, because even they didn’t try to discuss things with me, but with agency. I think, for travel Traingle, their partnership with travel agency values more than their customers.

tive suggested by the travel agency, didn't have an elevator, which was difficult for my parents. Their water supply and electricity were unpredictable and this also made our stay difficult. The hotel staff were responsive but the services were poor except for food, which was good. We expect the same enthusiasm when accepting the quote for service and communication from the agent throughout the trip. We were overwhelmed by the extra charges we had to pay at the places for the union cabs. The extra cab fares could have been mentioned beforehand to the travellers before the trip. The shops the driver took us to were very expensive, and we realised this once we went to 'Lal Chowk' on our own. Also, only one restaurant we stopped at during our travel was of good quality, while the rest were really bad, and one possibly led to 2 of our family members getting food poisoning. With proper communication and an honest approach from the employees, the whole experience could have been much better.
